This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and standards for using the services, including the website, application programming interfaces (APIs), and related tools and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by UDDA Translation AB ("UDDA," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your access.
1. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using the Services:
1.1 Unlawful Activities:
Using the Services to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or legal rights of others.
Facilitating, promoting, or engaging in illegal activity, fraud, or criminal conduct.
1.2 Security Violations:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems, or networks.
Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.

1.3 Misuse of Data:
Collecting or harvesting data from the Services without authorization, including scraping, data mining, or similar practices.
Submitting or processing sensitive data, such as protected health information, without explicit consent or proper safeguards.
1.4 Abuse of Resources:
Exceeding reasonable usage limits or violating rate limits imposed by UDDA.
Using the Services to host, share, or disseminate excessive amounts of data that interfere with normal usage.
1.5 Harmful Content:
Submitting, storing, or distributing content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Promoting hate speech, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
1.6 Impersonation and Deception:
Impersonating another person, entity, or organization.
Using the Services to create misleading or deceptive content.
2. Use of Third-Party Providers
UDDA integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to API services from external vendors. When using the Services:
You must comply with the acceptable use policies of these third-party providers.
Violations of third-party terms may result in immediate suspension of your access.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.
Monitoring your usage to prevent unauthorized access or misuse by others.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you agree to promptly notify us at hello@udda.ai. We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the Services.
5. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Policy may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
Legal action or reporting to law enforcement, as appropriate.
Additional remedies available under applicable laws.

We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, practices, or applicable laws. Updates will be posted at https://udda.ai/acceptable-use-policy and will take effect immediately upon posting. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
